Hello and welcome, my name is Traci Minney and I am currently an 8th Grade West Virginia Studies teacher at Suncrest Middle School in Morgantown, WV. I have been teaching for five years and have been with two different school systems. My first three years of teaching were in a rural setting in Lunenburg County, Virginia. I taught 6th grade science, social studies, and language arts, as well as, a 7th grade Algebra-Readiness class at the Lunenburg County Middle School. I then moved to Morgantown, WV after being hired by Monongalia County Schools as a social studies teacher.  The following is an e-portfolio that  has been developed through a graduate course I am currently enrolled in at West Virginia University.  Included is a Transportation unit plan and materials created to use in my 8th grade West Virginia Studies classroom.
