My name is T.C. Chappelear and I live in Wheeling, WV with my wife and three sons.  I attended West Liberty State College and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Studies Education.  I completed some graduate work at Ohio University but received my Master of Science in Educational Administration at Franciscan University of Steubenville.  I substitute taught in Ohio, Marshall, and Brooke counties for two years and was then hired as the head football coach at St. John Central High School in Bellaire, OH.  I stayed there for two years and moved on to Indian Creek High School in Wintersville, OH where I still teach Social Studies and serve as Department Chairperson for the Social Studies Department.  I am working on my Ed.
