In the Development of Instructional Materials class, TE 600, we have each compiled our work into an electronic portfolio. The class work encompasses the integration of technology into our classes. My work focuses on the Legal Descriptions writing class that I teach at Glenville State College. This class is text based and word processing is often an integral part of a lesson. Parts of the lessons range from Tomei's Literacy and Bloom's knowledge when writing a simple document up to Tomei's Techology level when the students place their work in their own electronic portfolio on the LiveText website.
Why web portfolios? ISTE's NETS can satisfy several needs.
Many are already required to be on Livetext.com
